This financial backing fueled the company’s growth, leading to its acquisition by Vista Global in 2022.

At the time of acquisition, Jet Edge boasted over $600M in revenue and over 100 aircraft on certificate, making it the largest owned and managed fleet of Gulfstream and Bombardier aircraft globally and solidifying its position as the premier operator for Super Mid, Heavy, and Ultra Long-Range aircraft.
